I am so far behind on my posts! Better late than never though, right?

While Ryan was hunting a couple weeks ago, Van and I drove up to join him over the weekend. One of Ryan's friends from HS was there hunting, and his wife, Jen also came up with her boys. Here's a watering hole by the campsite.

While the dads were gone hunting, Van and I hung out at camp with Jen and her 3 boys. Van thought he was one of the big boys. He followed Camden and Tate all over, trying to run as fast as them, thinking he could keep up. He had so much fun!

Van went on his first Rhino ride, and although he thought it was fun, he ended up falling asleep!!

I took Van, Tate, and Camden on a second ride later on while Van wasn't sleeping...

We stopped to pick some of the beautiful wild flowers that were growing.

The boys were so happy to bring these back to their momma.

It was such a nice getaway from the summer heat. It actually cooled down here at night! Van had so much fun, and it was nice to see daddy also :) Yay for camping!!
