A fun contest I thought I'd try out... I love this look of a blouse and skirt as a dress. The fabric on top would need to be soft and flow-y. I love horizontal chunky strips too, and just look how darling it looks in grey and off-white! Hopefully you like my dress idea, and I hope Shabby Apple does too!
