So my business partner, and friend, Susan, and I flew to So Cal last week to view a property. This week, on Tuesday, we flew to this place for a day to view another property:
SEATTLE! To be honest, it was a bit different than I expected, and maybe I haven't given it a chance yet (since I was only there a total of 6 hours!) We saw a lot of this:
Homeless, living under the freeways, in tents... I'm talking whole communities down there! Not just that one tent was down there... I counted 5 tents!
But we are furnishing the model, clubhouse, and leasing office for this property, so I'm excited:
We leave the 26th for our So Cal job (in Fullerton), then on the 28th we head up to the bay area for a job. From there, Susan, baby Van and I will head here:
We'll check out all the new stuff happening in the design world, pick up some new vendors, and order some things for this:
OUR NEW STORE!!! I'm so excited about this... It's been a dream of mine, and my parents have always said they pictured me having my own store some day. Well that day happened today! We plan to get it painted and ready during the month of August, and opening the doors in September! It's located in downtown Chandler, so if any of you are in the area, please stop by!! This month has been a bit crazy, and extremely busy, but I love doing what I'm doing, and I've got to say that I have the best business partner ever! :)
